Who WE ARE?
Mercan Proje was founded by Güliz Ünlü, Geotechnical Engineer (M.Sc.), in 2012 for design and consultancy of geotechnical projects & problems. It is providing design&consultancy services in all fields of geotechnical engineering to investors, construction companies and architecture/engineering companies.
Starting from 2018, solution areas of Mercan Proje had expanded with the joining of Levent Ünkap, Structural Engineer, who has wide experience on design of heavy industrial structures & facilities.
Our company continues its services as a Limited Company since 2021.
Management Staff:
Güliz Ünlü: Güliz has more than 15 years of geotechnical engineering experience after having BSc and MSc degrees in Civil Engineering Dept. of Middle East Tech. Uni. (METU). After wide experience in significant companies of Ankara and Istanbul, she continues her studies for more than 10 years in Mercan Proje which founded herself.
Levent Ünkap: Levent has more than 15 years of structural engineering experience after having BSc degree in Civil Engineering Dept. of Middle East Tech. Uni. (METU). Levent joined Mercan Proje. After gaining wide experience in structural/civil design of industrial facilities (refineries, power plants, chem./petrochem. facilities, mining plants, etc.) in Wood (former: Amec Foster Wheeler) which is a worldwide leading AEC company.
